Does this include the screws needed for installation?
No Screws. This is an LG part that Kenmore used for their dryer. LG is a south korean company. LG uses metric screws. LG does NOT prescribe the correct size screws that users should use. please be sure to retain your old screws as locating new screws will not be an easy task.
