FAQs

How often do you ship?  We ship daily, Monday through Friday.  Orders received before noon (Mountain Time) are shipped out that same day!  We honor all holidays that the post office observes.  If you are planning on using overnight, please be mindful of our cutoff time.

 

 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?  Yes, if you need something sent priority, express or overnight, just give us a call at 303-859-6463.

 

 

 

Do you carry generic parts?  We only carry OEM parts.  We simply do not believe in carrying generic quality for the parts that we supply.

 

 

 

Do you carry inventory or use drop shippers?  We carry inventory in all the parts listed on our site.  We do not use drop shippers.

 

Do you carry used or refurbished parts?  We do NOT carry used or refurbished parts.  We only carry NEW parts. 

 

If I don't see my model or part, can you order it for me?  We are always happy to special order a part.  When we do special orders, we do require payment for the part and shipping before we actually place the special order.  As a rule of thumb, it normally takes us three weeks to obtain special order parts.  Some sites boast that they receive special orders in a week or two - I assure you that this is not the case!  We would rather be open, honest and up front with the customer and say three weeks.  To start the process of a special order, just send us an email noting what you are looking for, the manufacturer (Epson, Brother, Canon), the model of your device and your basic contact information in case we have questions.  We will reply to you with prices, timing, etc.

 

 

 

 

Do you work with resellers or dealers?  Yes, we currently work with dealers and are accepting applications.  If you are interested in setting up a dealer account, please send us an email.  We will not setup a dealer account for a one time transaction.

For orders being delivered outside of the USA - who is responsible for the taxes?  Buyers that have a delivery address outside of the United States are responsible for all duties, taxes, fees, local taxes import costs and all expenses incurred as a function of the purchase. Some jurisdictions have implemented onlines taxes in addition to VAT and GST taxes in which the buyer is responsible for such amounts. Any parcels not delivered as a function of costs not being paid will be refunded for product only. Refunds on returned items will not include shipping paid.
