Can this particular piece still fit the AP1219CR1W? I would prefer the screw-in style as opposed to the clip-in style that the machine originally comes with. The clips break too easily.

Let's communicate about the hose. Your AC Unit shipped with the part that has clips...this means that the exhaust hose has rings on either side. you will need to remove the rings. sometimes, removing the rings can be tough as they twist off. consider "loosening" the rings to ensure that you an get them off before completing your purchase of the above. Food for thought!
