This is something that we do NOT sell - but do offer a FREE reset utility that Epson provides. click HERE for the epson reset utility. Be sure to have your printer connected to your printer using an USB cable - having the two connected by wifi...the reset will NOT work. Must be USB. Also, this only works on windows based PCs.
