I am looking for a stacker tray that will work on an Artisan 837 printer. The inter part is okay! It is the second tray that is defective. That part I would like to replace if possible!
This particular part was discontinued a couple of years ago. We promptly ran through our stock. We had a few that we had taken back on return but these have also been sold through. There are no substitutes for this stacker. Sorry that we could not be of further assistance!

it was discontinued some time ago. we have run through our stock. we are not aware of any substitutes.

Do you still carry the stacker output tray for an Epson Artisan 835?
we don't. we ran through our stock years ago. by the way, the part that epson did prescribe was the wrong part for the 835. the artisan series used two different types of output trays - they used different connectors. epson only recognized one of the output trays - the output tray that epson used in the 835 was the unrecognized tray. the only reason why i recall this - i had to work thorugh the customer service aspects of this. if you do find an output tray for the artisan 700 series or artisan 800 series, you can take them apart to use the telescoping pieces to fix your original! hope this is helpful.
