samsung is saying that QN42LS03TBFXZC is not a valid model number for a TV. if you look on the back of the TV, the model is listed there. or, if you are able to access the menus of the TV, navigate to help, contact samsung - the model number is normally listed on this page as well. please know that the one connect cables are NOT universal. mm

The One Connect cable that came with this TV is too short for my needs. Do you have a compatible One Connect cable that is longer than the cable the unit ships with?
