Last week I had a Sharp microwave oven drawer installed, model SMD2470AS and it did not have a turntable with it. Is there one that should have been included?
good question. We believe that this microwave does NOT come with a plate. We have pulled the technical bulletins and reviewed the diagrams. if this had come with a plate, we would have seen a support and motor to rotate the plate. these parts are not within the bulletins either. have to admit that were supprised too!

is this plate 14" diameter?
no, the original white plate for your microwave is 13". the size plate for the offering is also 13".

there is a limited number of white plates by sharp. the plate in the above offering is 13 inches in diameter - the other white plates are different sizes. if your old plate was 13 inches, the above will work. if your old plate is a different size, simply reply with the diameter - we can direct you accordingly.
