QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Model: WF365BTBGWR/A2 I've ordered 2 sets of front "samsung" shock absorbers (or dampers; DC66-00470C). The worn out set showed the rod was loose in the housing and had about ¾ inch freeplay in the rod stroke ,i.e., the rod moved freely back and forth without friction for ¾ in regardless of where rod was positioned in its stroke. Both “new” sets of Samsung shocks had about ½ inch freeplay before they stiffened. I installed one set. Now the washer is starting to get noisy again. Do your shocks have freeplay in the rod stroke? The new rear shocks I installed had no freeplay.
simply put - we only stock OEM parts. although we would love to sell you a set of shocks - it sounds like you have already tried Samsung shocks and they did not work out for you. next, there are some sellers out there that say one thing and provide something else. I am guessing that you are not totally convinced that what you purchased were true samsung part as you but them in quotes. finally, i am not sure what you mean by freeplay.
so this is what i suggest - give us a call tomorrow - if you have an apple phone - we can do a facetime. ask that we pull a warehouse location 12290 (front shock). and a warehouse location 12297 ( rear shock ). we can show you the shocks and answer any questions that you feel is fit. best time to call is around noon mountaint time.
