how do I reset the remote to work with my blu ray
samsung says to unplug the player, remove the batteries from the remote - hold down any button on the remote for about 30 seconds. plug the player back in - reinstall FRESH batteries - normally this does not work. normally when they stop working - a new remote is necessary.
