Need a similar bin (or just the clear plastic 'guard' that snaps onto the tray) with these dimensions: 12.25" W 3.75" H 8.75" Deep Anyone know how to cross-reference those dimensions to a part number? I only need the clear plastic guard, but I'd be happy to buy the complete bin unit if I can find one. I've spoken with Samsung Technical Support, and with the designated US-based factory authorized distributor they directed me to, and we believe the model and/or serial number labels inside the refrigerator door might be incorrect. Please advise if you have any info that will help. Thank you
This all sounds very frustrating. I must admit, I have not hear of a Model Number and Serial Number Sticker being wrong before. If you would please send us some pictures - we are happy to pull stock - take some measurements and work with you on this. Since we carry stock in everything that we sell - doing so is easy for us. The problem with purchasing a bin based on dimensions is that the connectors on the bins vary. so the size can be correct but the bin may still not fit. To take the first step, please email us pictures of your model number tag that is normally in the door jam, please let us know if this if this is for the right or left hand door when looking into the refrigerator. and how many down from the top where the dairy bin counts as one.
