How do I change the filter of my ME21H706MQG MICROWAVE. The filter light is on and my microwave is now 5 years old…?
Thank you for your question - your microwave has two different types of filters.
Grease
there is a small pull out holder under the microwave - this pulls out and the grease filter is inside. be sure not to damage the holder as they are expensive to replace!
Charcoal filter
the charcoal filter is just above the door - to get to this filter, you need to remove the vent by unscrewing the two mounting scews on top. the charcoal filter is just behind the vent!
The blinking light
We pulled this from the user manual: "To remove the message, touch the number 0 when the microwave is in standby mode, or access Options."
