yes, we can help! so we dropped the magic remotes. pairing them to TVs - not always an easy thing...so they were a really high return item (like 90%) - so we did drop all the magic remotes. HOWEVER, we want to help. click HERE for an offering - this link is on the LG website. by purchasing it through LG - when you try to pair the remote, they have experts on hand to help you - we normally don't refer customers to other websites but it seems like the right thing to do in this case. so the sticking point with this remote is users have to register the remote with their particular TV. hope this helps!
