This is the part I need to replace. Mine has some sort of electrical connection and wires that go inside the unit. Does this part have the electrical connection?
Short Answer, No.
Long Answer: Be sure that your model number is in the offering title. if it is NOT, send us a picture of the doorjam tag that has your model number. LG has redesigned this part on many models. One in particular, used to have an offset for the moisture sensors...LG redesigned it to integrate the moisture sensors into the cover. The electrical connection that you are referring to is probably the moisture sensors.
