Yes, this part DOES fit the AP10CR1W provided that you have the standard exhast hose.

I have a Hisense model number AP08CR2W will this fit my Hisense portable a/c?
Short Answer. Yes.
Hisense likes to use two different style hoses. HERE is the exhaust hose that shipped with your AC Unit - notice how it has no rings on the end. THIS adapter connects the exhaust hose to the back of the unit and it twists on to the exhaust hose. To be thorough, THIS is the window adapter that connects the exhaust hose to the window slider. HERE is a nice set of all the connectors and exhaust hose.
