I purchased a De'Longhi Pinguino 500 sq ft 4 in 1 All Season Use: Air Conditioner, Heater, Dehumidifier, Fan (Model PACEL275HGRKC-3AL WH) from Costco. The hose it came with is too short for my windows. Is there a longer hose available for my unit?
good question. so what we sell is the same hose that came with your unit. as you probably already know, the hoses are expandable. can you put two hoses together? delonghi does not make a coupler. what would i do? i would take my delonghi hose to hope depot or lowes - they have off brand hoses in a variety of sizes. be sure to bring the hose and possibly the adapter so you can verify the fit at lowes.
