Does it come with install instructions because this PCB looks nothing like the one that came with my HVTB18DABB?
there should be no difference in what the boards look like. if the boards are different - we would not suggest NOT making the purchase. your unit has multiple boards - it sounds like you you need one of the other boards. if you send us a picture of the board - we can review the parts list for you - but please know that the vast majority of the parts for your wine cooler are discontinued.

Will this board fit a Haier Hvtec16dabs 16 bottle wine chiller?
No. There are two boards in your wine cooler. Both boards are discontinued. We have run through our stock in both boards.
