How can I order the hardware or connector for this?
are you trying to connect the exhaust hose to the window slider? if yes, the only adapter that is available is when the slider is installed vertically.
so if your window opens/closes by sliding the window left/right - HERE is the adapter.
if your window open/closes by going up/down - the adapter was not assigned a part number - the manufacturer expects users to purchase an entire new hose assembly which is HERE.
