Is this the piece that goes behind the AC?
there are normally two adapters. the first adapter is the "appliance adapter" and securely attaches the exhaust hose to the back of the AC Unit. the second adapter is a window adapter that attaches the exhaust hose to the plate that is mounted in the window. which adapter do you require? what is your model number (back of the unit)?
