I have no model or make numbers in any of the parts. Although this appears to be the same I am not sure with just the one view. How do I know which part I need? It is a Kenmore elite and that's all I know. Also I do not have the screws that goes with the outer area
we understand. you want to proceed cautiously. kenmore uses parts from several other manufacturers. in this case, the part that you are referring to - kenmore used a part from LG in which there have been a lot of redesigns. with kenmore, they normally place the appliance model number in the doorjam area of the dryer. it should be on a sticker or plaque. don't be shy about sending us pictures. if no sticker or plaque exists (rare) - send us a picture of your lint filter along with a brief description of why this part is needing to be replaced (broken, filter does not sit flush, etc). happy to help you piece this together.
