This is a NEW OEM Canon CDR Tray that originally shipped with the following Canon printer(s): PIXMA Mark II Pro 9000, Mark II Pro 9500, Pro 9000 & Pro 9500. When Canon shipped your printer within the USA, the functionality to print to CDs and DVDs was not activated. In addition to purchasing a tray, you must also activate your printers functionality by changing the country code and reinstalling drivers. Instructions for activating your printer do NOT come with the tray. We suggest that you locate the instructions BEFORE you purchase the tray. This is NOT a generic or knock off CDR Tray.
