I have a Yamaha RX V777 receiver. Is this antenna compatible? Also can a wireless antenna just become non functioning? Thanks!
first, we are NOT yamaha certified technicians. next, we stock several yamaha diapole antennas. i can tell you that the only visable difference between the antenna's are the lenth. And the length difference is not by a big amount. the threads that are on the antennas are the same as well. can a wireless antenna just stop functioning. we have not had any other customer report an issue that the wireless antenna simply stopped working. this does not mean that they won't simply stop working - but I suspect that there may be a bigger problem at play. to narrow it down, i invite you to complete your purchase. if it does not work, simply request a return.
