Since we do not have this item in stock, we do not have a picture of the remote. The remote that we would be ordering is NEW and the original that came with your AC Unit. Since it is the original, there is no programming. Timing is 3 business days to our warehouse. When you place the order, we will input the special order. When it comes into our facility, it will automaticaly ship at the speed of your choosing.
