do u have upper and lower filters for model # ap-12cr1seps
We can help with the ap12cr1seps. Click HERE for the LOWER FILTER. the lower filter comes to your FLAT - when you put it into the grill frame - don't be gentle and don't go for the sharp 90 degree bend. for the upper - hisense has discontinued this particular filter.
