I’m looking for a wall mount exhaust kit for my Idylis 416709 AC unit. It appears to be a 5” exhaust hose. I don’t need an OEM Danby part just something compatible that I can mount to the wall. I found other companies that make the duct through the wall but nobody has the interface from 5” hose to the wall....
thank you for the question - we don't sell any assembly kits to run the exhaust through the wall. we don't sell these as a function to liability reasons. i don't want to leave you empty handed either. so here are my thoughts. there are kits to run bathroom exhause fans and clothing dryers exhaust through walls - i would look at that same type of kit. you would need the mount for the outside of the house that does not allow for water to get in - and you would need to make sure that the exhaust does blow back in - the bathroon exhaust and dryer kit answers both of these questions. 5 inch hose will be tricky - you will likely need to find an adapter. food for thought. hope this is helpful.
