Can I buy just the piece that connects into the slider piece the clips broke that hold it in to the slider I haven’t even had it a full year yet
the manufacturer only made the window adapter available for those instances where the slider is mounted vertically so it is standing on a short side of the slider. if you are confused by what this means, please send us a picture of the window that you are planning on using the window slider on.
