I bought extended warranty on my sony it will expire 6/10/1925. It is a five year policy. I need a new remote. Is the remote covered by my five year warranty?
that is a good question. we do not offer extended warranties on any of our products - so it sounds like you purchased the extended warranty from another organization - which is totally fine. I would pull the policy number - if you hit the companies website that you purchased the extended warranty through, they should have instructions on how to exercise the warranty. The claim process varies by company.
