HI, I am having trouble with finding the proper antennae, Will this work for Sony model # HCD EC691 MINI-STEREO?
i think you may be referring to the HCDEC69i. on the HCDEC69i, sony used an AM/FM antenna for this particular unit. they also use a proprietary plug that plugs into the back of your very nice stereo! however, they did discontinue the antenna - and we have run through our stock.

I have a 2 pin MHC-M20 stereo. While it has bluetooth, MP# etc., the antenna is not strong enough for most stations. Is this item more powerful than the original supplied with the stereo?
no it is not. try looking up - Power Antenna. all of our antenna are OEM - a power antenna is normally an aftermarket item and is more powerful then the OEM.
