My remote stopped working, what can I do to fix?
verify that the batteries are FRESH. verify that there are no decorations in blocking the remote sensor on the soundbar. complete a power cycle - unplug the soundbar and remove remote batteries - while batteries are out, hold down any remote button for 30 seconds - after a few minutes, plug it all it again.
