Excessive vibration on spinning cicle
shock absorber can certainly be a cause of this. with samsung, they do NOT have a universal shock absorber. many times, we see that samsung washers use a different shock absorbers for the front and rear of the unit. we do recommend replacing all shock absorbers when you replace one.
