thank you for the question - be sure to read this email in it entirety - your plate was discontinued by samsung. the substitute they used for you plate has a manufacturers defect - we actually dropped it because we were concerned for the safety of our customers. look for a generic of DE74-20002D. yes, i said a generic. what samsung is shipping out is defective and in our opinion could be dangerous.
