where do i find the model number on my samsung series 8 tv. i need to order a new remote
on a few different places: 1. back of the TV. 2. sometimes under the menu, there is a contact samsung - the model number is under this settings - not all all tvs have this menu option. 3. if you are like me and keep receipts, it is normally on the receipt as well.

to be honest with you - these new remotes are new to us too! go ahead and make your purchase. if it does not work, simply send us an email and request a return. please know that you may need to activate the voice control on your TV. if your tv allows for this, it would be under settings. be sure to have your TV hooked up to the internet as normally additional software is downloaded.
