I find the Samsung remote that came with tv difficult to use Is this easier and how so
thanks for the question - it sounds like you are referring to the new remote control that is a bit more slimline. it has about 10 buttons on it? if yes, this is a bluetooth remote - and you are not the only one that feels this way. personally, i don't care for the new style remote. I went so far as to grab an old school remote and try is on my new TV. what I is that the old school IR remote control functionality was so limited - it was pretty much useless. my best advice is to learn to use the new remote.
