Lost my remote and I want to make sure this is the exact one that came with my tv. I bought through PC RICHARDS. They looked it up and said the model tv I have is QN85Q60T. Can you guarantee this is the exact remote. It looks the same except for the rectangular white piece at top. What is that?
good question - the easier portion first - there is pull tab to remove clear film from the front of the remote. the rectangle tab is the pull tab. the link below. next, regarding the same exact remote. I believe the answer is yes. i believe this because: 1. I just reverified the remote with samsung. I traced back the part that we fill for the listing that you referenced. the remote that we use to fill this listing is what samsung says is the original remote for your TV. note, the remote in the picture is our picture. in fact, the author of this response took the actual picture of the remote.
