The remote on our tv is dead. How can I tell which one to buy. It has a solar charger. I can't find the serial number on the tv.

Is the remote white or black: if white, click HERE for the correct remote.
If the remote is black - does it have a Disney how key under the channel selector? click HERE if you have a disney hot button. click HERE is your old remote does NOT have a disney button.
Finally, some of the solar remotes have had issues with holding a charge. we get lots of calls from people wanting to go back to batteries. If you would like a a battery operated remote - click HERE.
