Yes and No. the original remote is an infrared remote that can be found HERE. the remote that you inquired about is a bluetooth remote - to use this bluetooth remote users have to put there TV into a service mode - go into the service menus - make some modifications - It can be done. We do not provide any instructions on how to access the service menus - reason being, if you goof up in the service menu it can have bad result.
