Hello, I can’t seem to find my exact model number, my tv is a UN65MU7100F. Will this remote be compatible? And if not could you direct me to what would be? Thanks
Yes! we can help! The original remote for your TV was discontinued. Samsung went through a phase about 9 months ago where they started to discontinue and consolidate all the new remote controls. Yours was one of those. When they did this, they did announce that your remote had an official samsung replacement. Click HERE to see it. We also have the full link below. With this offering and remote, your model number will not be in the offering - but know that I have researched it on my side. So there is NO PROGRAMMING. Sometimes you have to do a manual pair - if you do need to, it is easy. the biggest complaint that we get on this remote is installing the batteries. the entire back of the remote slides off - and sliding it off can be difficult.
