Don’t see my model #. Need remote charger for Model QN43QN9*A. Have been placing in sun for solar charge but getting message battery is at 9%. Purchase d in 2022. Please help.
Thank you for thinking of us. what you are describing is an issue with one of the samsung solar remotes. of the handful of solar remotes, there is one that we receive this feedback on. will the charging cord fix the issue? from personal experience, no. Your best bet is to purchase another remote. Personally, we recommend a battery operated remote as they are reliable and less expensive.
when thinking about another remote, I would NOT purchase the same solar remote control. there are more recent models about the same price - that we have not heard of this same issue. Click HERE for the following years solar remote that will operate your TV.
