Hi, our microwave (smh9207st) stopped working, it's not the outlet or the breaker, is there a chance it could be the charcoal filter needs replacing? It's 11 years old and we've never replaced the filter (Didn't know we had to)
I promise you that the charcoal filter had nothing to do with your microwave not working. when you say, stopped working. does it turn on but the food does not heat up? or completely DOA.
