Are you referring to the CU7000B ? if so, the +/- is the toggle for the volume. this is an infrared remote so it does not have a microphone. with samsung remotes, the remote must be bluetooth remotes to have the microphone functionality. note, the B series and the F series use the same remote. click HERE for the correct remote control for the CU7000.
