This is a bluetooth remote. if your TV has a bluetooth connection with your old remote, you will need to do a manual pairing. please know that manual pairing will accompany any bluetooth remote.
To do a manual pairing, it is simply a matter of holding down two buttons with your TV on for about 8 seconds. the buttons that you hold down on the Lazellz remote are the same as the buttons for a Genuine Samsung Remote. If you purchased a Genuine Samsung remote - would you go through the same thing? yes, as the above is applicable for bluetooth remotes.
