I have a PAC EX290LN-1A BK we do not have the parts that connect to back of unit and then into vent hose, I ordered 5.9 in one offline that was supposed to be for ours but it is larger than the hole in back of unit. Help Please.

no. the PACEX398VUVC6ALWH uses a new type of connector. delonghi only makes the connetor availabile with a purchase of an exhaust hose. we are unsure why the connectors are not made available separately. click HERE for the exhaust hose offering.
