Hello, I lost the remote control for my Onkyo TXRZ620. Please assists me with purchasing a new one. I see it in your site for $40.99 but it's sold out. Any feedback is appreciated.
Thank you for the inquiry. This is not something that we are able to assist you with. Onkyo is going through a buyout. Onkyo has stopped distributing and selling parts - but they are still doing warranty work. Our hope is that things will return to normal in January 2021.
