I need to replace the door shelf platform for my side by side refrigerator. Our bin shelve when unscrewed from metal brace. When taken platform apart the 2 holes where it is screwed into platform the plastic screw holders broke and now my shelve leans forward. I had a 5 year warranty I purchased from Lowe’s but does not cover the bin shelve. Was instructed that we could super glue the plastic screw holders but it doesn’t work. I need to know if this is the platform base for the storage bin for Rf28jbedbsr.
there are two different platforms. the diagrams do a poor job in articulating which platform is for the middle and bottom. however, there is one key difference between the two platforms that will help us to ensure that you receive the correct platform - one of the platforms pulls out - put differently, the platform is on rollers. the platform that you require, is it stationary or does it pull out?
