How do I use this plate correctly in microwave?
the metal plates are wonderful for the speedcook option. if you reply back with your model number, we are happy to send you your user manual (assuming that we can find it) - if not, just reply back that you don't have and I can send you a GE user manual that uses the metal plates so you can get a sense on how to use the plates.
