    Thank you for reaching out to us!  Yes, we have the lint filter for your dryer - however, there is some additional information that we feel is important.

    If you have NOT replaced your filter previously - please know that LG did a Post Production redesign on the lint filter area of your dryer.  In a nutshell, they stopped producing the lint filter that came with your dryer and placed it with a larger one!  So if you are replacing the filter for the first time, there are a couple of other parts that you will also need to replace.  The following link does NOT have your model number on it - but your dryer will require the same parts.  Please know these parts do not come with installation instructions.  We understand that LG doing a post production redesign was a lousy thing - We agree with that.  We wanted to be sure to pass this information along so you would at least have the information to make a good decision.  Here is the link!  https://www.parts-distribution.com/products/special-request-oem-lg-lint-filter-modification-bundle-for-dlgx4271v

    i think we can help!  send us your model number please.  also, Adq566564 is not a full part number for LG.  please know that LG redesigned a bunch of exhaust ducts post production - i would like to check to see if your model number is among the list.  this may explain why you have had an issue.  simply reply with your model number.

  • I am looking to replace DLE3050W. Is there one that fits, or will it need to be adapted?

    so LG has had issues with the lint filter area for the DLE3050W.  A well documented issues is the lint filter sticking up about an inch - here is why replacing the lint fiter is now as easy as one thinks for your model.  during production - LG redesigned to the lint filter area...stopped producing the original parts and implemented a new parts.  here was the rub - their engineering department overlooked proofing....and the redesigned parts did not fit together properly.  after a class action lawsuit - LG finally got around to redesigning the lint filter area...again.  they just issued the new parts a few months ago.  but here is the rub, one of the parts that they redesigned....they did not renumber it.  and the old filters do not fit into the redesigned cover.  so, let's cut you through all the "stuff" - the following link, this is what you want.  this fixes the 1 inch stick up.  filter sits flush - please know that this part does NOT come with installation instructions.  hope this explanation was helpful.
