no, that is not the right part. please be sure to read this entire response. click HERE for the correct part. however, if you purchase this part, your lint filter may stick up about a 1/2 inch - which will snag clothing. LG recently came out with a new version of the lint filter that is suppose to sit flush. if you can send us a picture of your lint filter - i am intersted in seeing a full shot of the top - this will help me to determine if you have the new lint filter that will work with the above part.

Looking for a filter housing replacement for lg dryer dle4801w
the dle4801w housing assembly was redesigned. finding the old or original version - is highly unlikely. many sites still have pictures of the old assembly - only to send you the new version. the difference between the two are the moisture sensors. the sensors and mounts are seperate in the old or original version. in the redesigned housing, they are a part of the housing. here is a link! https://www.parts-distribution.com/products/new-oem-lg-lint-cover-guide-grill-shipped-with-dle1501w-dle4801w
