Hello! Do you have a replacement window plate for the AC unit with serial number KEAMSJG2203?
the serial number is an internal tracking number for Hisense so they can track your individual unit. we require the model number as we do not have access to any serial number information. the model number is normally next to the serial number. if you would like to reply with the model number, we are happy to look it up for you.
