Our model number is HPF12XHMB1, I believe. We need the window slider that the oblong end of hose clicks into so hot air goes out our little window. We hopefully you can help us. Our air conditioner died at end of spring and with my daughter’s heart issue we just can’t go on using fans and it will take 4 months to get replacement AC . This window piece is important and we found it cracked and broken, so something must have fell on it & cannot tape together. Hope you can help us. Thank you so much for your assistance.
