Does this exhaust adapter except a 5.9 inch exhaust hose?
no. we stock a lot of these adapter are not aware of one for that big of an exhaust hose. if you send us your manufacturer name and model number - we are happy to research this for you.

HERE is the connector to securely attach the exhaust hose to the back of the AC Unit.
For the exhaust hose - we do have three different options for length - please know that your model number will not appear in the following offerings - we did recently confirm that the hose works with the adapter that we recommended above. What size is this adapter
this adapter is for a 5.1 inch hose which is commonly referred to as a 5 inch hose. please know that some manufacturers use a version of this but the rectangular connectors are a different size - meaning they are not universal. what i the model number of your AC Unit? happy to assist!
