in your FAQ's there is a question about the reset program....it says it is a temporary reset.....what exactly do you mean? where is the program to reset the waste ink counter yes, there is an Epson link that we provide. please know that this link provides what epson calls a temporary reset - and only works on PC based computers. you will want to run this app on a computer that is connected to the printer that you want to reset. we suggest running this reset AFTER you swap out the waste ink assembly. bad things happen if you do the reset and do not change out the assembly.

good question - this reset utility (link below) - is considered temporary because the epson reset utility only reduces the page count of your printer by 30% or 40%.  if does NOT take your page count down to zero.

Does this fit the XP-930 Epson printer?

our impression is no.  epson did not release the part information for the xp-930.  so we pulled the part information for all the 900 series xps - we found that they all used the same maintenance box - and such a box was discontinued about 4 months ago!  sorry for the bad news.

this assembly is located on the bottom of the printer, right hand side - towards the front.  it is secured to the printer with a couple of scews.  don't try this fix over carpeting!!
